Breaded Zucchini with Herb Quark

The perfect breaded zucchini with herb quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Herb quark

  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • Wake flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Tk-7 herbal mixture
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices. Season the slices with salt and pepper and toss them in flour, then pull them through the egg and bread them. Fry until golden in the deep fryer, take out and drain on kitchen paper.

Herb quark

  1. For the herbal quark, mix the quark with milk, stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Serve with the zucchini.
