Colorful Mixed Salad with Smoked Duck Breast
The perfect colorful mixed salad with smoked duck breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the honey raspberry dressing:
- Duck breast
- Pine nuts
- Walnuts
- Croutons
- 2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 3 tbsp Walnut oil
- 0,5 tbsp Honey
- 1 Msp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Wash the fresh lettuce well and let it dry. Toast the pine nuts, walnuts and croutons in a pan with a little olive oil. Smoke the duck breast.
- Mix all ingredients well and distribute the finished dressing evenly over the salad.
- Then drape the smoked duck breast together with the roasted pine nuts, walnuts and croutons on the salad and round off with fresh raspberries.
