Colorful Pasta Salad with Turkey Breast

- 150 g Fusilli
- 250 g Turkey breast
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 200 g Yogurt
- 5 Tomatoes dried in oil
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 Chopped garlic
- 0,25 bunch Freshly chopped chives
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 20 ml Vinegar raspberry
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the fusilli until done, fry the turkey breast, put in the fridge
- Mix the yoghurt, saura cream, and vinegar. Chop the tomatoes, eggs and spring onions into small pieces, finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, chives and garlic. Cut turkey breast into cubes. Mix everything together and fold in the fusilli and cheese … season with salt and pepper, done! The amount is enough for 4 people as a side dish or for 2 as a light summer meal!
