Roasted Farmer’s Omlette
The perfect roasted farmer’s omlette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Zwiebling, herb and onion liver sausage
- 500 g Boiled potato slices
- 50 g Onion cubes
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Gherkins
- Fried potato seasoning
- Cut the onion and cucumber into slices. Place the sausage in a pan with hot fat and lightly roast on both sides, then add the onions, cucumber and potato slices to the pan and roast and season with the fried potatoes.
- Mix the eggs, pour over them and let them set.
- Serve with a fresh salad
