Roasted Farmer’s Omlette

The perfect roasted farmer’s omlette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Zwiebling, herb and onion liver sausage
  • 500 g Boiled potato slices
  • 50 g Onion cubes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Gherkins
  • Fried potato seasoning
  1. Cut the onion and cucumber into slices. Place the sausage in a pan with hot fat and lightly roast on both sides, then add the onions, cucumber and potato slices to the pan and roast and season with the fried potatoes.
  2. Mix the eggs, pour over them and let them set.
  3. Serve with a fresh salad
