  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 180 g Spelled flour
  • 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 150 g Cream 30% fat
  1. Wash, peel and cook potatoes. Then press it flat with a tea towel and mash it. Now mix with the spelled flour, clarified butter and cream and let stand for 5 minutes.
