- 500 g Waxy potatoes
- 180 g Spelled flour
- 4 tbsp Clarified butter
- 150 g Cream 30% fat
- Wash, peel and cook potatoes. Then press it flat with a tea towel and mash it. Now mix with the spelled flour, clarified butter and cream and let stand for 5 minutes. Then form small or large dumplings and put them in the boiling water. Cook for a maximum of 20 minutes and you’re done. Good Appetite!
