Colorful Pasta Salad with Homemade Yogurt Dressing

The perfect colorful pasta salad with homemade yogurt dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Paprika
  • 150 g Peas
  • 150 g Corn
  • 250 g Gouda in one piece
  • 250 g Ham sausage
  • 300 g Natural yoghurt
  • 4 tsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Boil the noodles (I like to use the oak tricolor variety), drain them and let them cool.
  2. Dice paprika, tomatoes, ham sausage and cheese; Drain the corn and peas. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  3. Gradually mix the pasta, vegetables, sausage and cheese with the dressing and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder as desired.
  4. Put the pasta salad in the fridge and let it steep for half an hour.
