Herbal Butter with Thyme and Balsamic Vinegar

The perfect herbal butter with thyme and balsamic vinegar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 16 Stems Fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic cream / glaze
  • 2 teaspoon White milled pepper
  1. Remove the leaves from the stems. Then finely chop the leaves.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients together.
  3. I always portion my amounts as needed and then put them on a piece of cling film. There I roll it into my desired thickness and close it on both sides by twisting it. Then just put them in the fridge or freezer.
