Herbal Butter Is Twofold

The perfect herbal butter is twofold recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Butter
  • 2 Frozen Mediterranean herbs
  • Sea-Salt
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • If necessary, rubbed out of the bag
  • 4 piece Fresh garlic

Classic herb butter

  1. Put 1,250g soft butter in a bowl and squeeze 1 pack of herbs and 2 toes of garlic, if you like you can of course take more, add it and mix everything together vigorously. Put in bowls, decorate and chill.

Herbal butter with Parmesan

  1. Mix the butter as described above and then add 150g grated Parmesan and mix everything together vigorously. Delicious with warm grilled meat or just with a baguette or toasted bread.
