Grandmother’s Style Chocolate Cake

- 80 g Butter
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Powdered sugar
- Melt the butter and separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks and 100 grams of sugar with the melted butter. Melt the chocolate and add to the butter mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir a heaping tablespoon of flour into the mixture and fold in the egg white in a spiral with a fork.
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Pour the chocolate mass into the mold and bake for 20-30 minutes at 220 degrees. Let the finished cake cool down and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Good Appetite!
