Prepared Harz Cheese

The perfect prepared harz cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ripe Harz cheese 200 g
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 150 g Mini vine tomatoes
  • 2 Small red chili peppers
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cherry
  • 6 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 6 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 4 Discs Farmers bread
  1. Peel and halve the onion and cut into very fine slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut in half. Clean / core the chilli peppers, wash and finely dice. Distribute all ingredients decoratively on 2 plates, sprinkle with olive oil (3 tbsp each), light rice vinegar (1 tbsp each), cherry (1 tbsp each), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches each) and colored pepper from the Season the mill (3 big pinches each) and sprinkle the diced chilli peppers over the onions.
