Stuffed Cannelloni with Camembert and Minced Meat

- 1 packet Cannelloni
- 3 Tomatoes
- 500 g Hacked
- 150 g Camembert
- 1 Onion
- Oil
- Gratin cheese
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt pepper
- Chop the onions and fry them lightly in oil so that they are translucent. Mix the minced meat with the warm onions, season with salt, pepper and tomato paste and mix. Cut the camembert into pieces and fill the cannelloni with minced meat. Be careful that the minced food closes the cannelloni, otherwise the cheese will run out.
- Brush the baking dish with tomato sauce, I just took it out of the jar because I didn’t have a frozen one anymore. Place the cannelloni on the sauce and finally coat everything with sauce again. Dice tomatoes and pour over them. In the oven with convection and 180 ° approx. 30 min, always look nice, not that it becomes too black.
