Minced Meat: Stuffed Paprika Mix

The perfect minced meat: stuffed paprika mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Bell pepper mix
  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • Himalayan salt
  • Bengal pepper
  • 50 g Crushed corn flakes
  • 1 Cup Homemade vegetable broth
  1. Wash the peppers, cut open all around the stems and remove the seeds.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onion, mix in the crushed corn flakes and stir in the eggs and then salt and pepper to season everything.
  3. Then put the minced dough in the peppers and sear all over in a pan. Then place in a baking dish, add the vegetable stock, cover and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Anyone can refine the sauce according to their wishes.
