Vegetable Patty with Rice and Tomato Soup (vegan)

- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- 125 g Pointed long grain rice
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 huge Vegetable patty
- 1 huge Oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the rice. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and season with the spices. Cook the vegetable patty according to the instructions and serve with the soup.
