Ingredients
- 200 g Colorful boiled rice
- Rest of the day before
- 1 handful Snow peas
- 0,5 bottle Not-From-Concentrate tomato juice
- 50 g Diced seitan
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Vegetable salt *
- Ground pepper
Instructions
- Put the cooked colored rice in a saucepan, fill up with the tomato juice and warm up. Then there are the chopped sugar peas.
- Sear the diced seitan with the chopped onion in the oil and then add to the rice, simmer everything once and season with the vegetable salt. Top it off with freshly ground pepper.
