Vegetable Patty with Rice and Tomato Soup (vegan)

The perfect vegetable patty with rice and tomato soup (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Pointed long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 huge Vegetable patty
  • 1 huge Oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the rice. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and season with the spices. Cook the vegetable patty according to the instructions and serve with the soup.
