Marshmallow Chocolate Eclairs

The perfect marshmallow chocolate eclairs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Shortbread
  • 0,5 Cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 0,75 Cup Flour
  1. Puree the butter biscuits in a blender.
  2. Mix butter, salt and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  3. Stir in the flour and pureed shortbread biscuits. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, add the eggs and mix well again.
  5. Using a piping bag, apply the dough to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
  6. Melt the marshmallows in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
  7. Cut into the cooled eclairs from below and use a piping bag to inject the marshmallow mixture into the eclairs.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate over the water bath and dip the eclairs in it.
  9. Finally, garnish the eclairs with mini marshmallows.
