Marshmallow Chocolate Eclairs
The perfect marshmallow chocolate eclairs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Shortbread
- 0,5 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- 0,75 Cup Flour
- Puree the butter biscuits in a blender.
- Mix butter, salt and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the flour and pureed shortbread biscuits. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the eggs and mix well again.
- Using a piping bag, apply the dough to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Melt the marshmallows in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Cut into the cooled eclairs from below and use a piping bag to inject the marshmallow mixture into the eclairs.
- Melt the dark chocolate over the water bath and dip the eclairs in it.
- Finally, garnish the eclairs with mini marshmallows.
