Tornado Hot Dogs

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pc. Sausages / Bockwurst / Vienna sausages
  • 100 g Pancake mix
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Cut thin sausages in half and skewer on a skewer. Cut the sausages in a spiral from top to bottom down to the wooden skewer. Pull apart the cut sausages along the skewer.
  • Knead the pancake mix with water to a firm dough.
  • Roll out small pieces of dough into long sausages and wrap them around the sausage spiral on the skewer.
  • Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tornado hot dogs in it.
