Toast with Cervelat Tomatoes and Cheese

The perfect toast with cervelat tomatoes and cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Ruchbrot slices
  • 4 Pc. White wine
  • 4 Pc. Horseradish mustard
  • 3 Pc. Skinned tomatoes
  • 3 Pc. Celery leaves
  • 3 Pc. Cervelatwurst
  • 10 Pc. Raclette cheese slices
  • 10 Pc. Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 Pc. Parsley stalks chopped
  1. 4 Slices of Ruchbrot Cut, moisten with white wine, brush with horseradish mustard. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on top of the bread. Sprinkle with celery leaves. Cut the cervelat sausages lengthways into slices and cover the bread slices with them. Now put the onions on top (please don’t save a lot) cover everything with raclette cheese slices. Do not grind sparingly with the pepper, and bake in the oven preheated to 230 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place the toast on a preheated plate and sprinkle with parsley. There was also red cabbage kimchi (see my cookbook), rounded off with 1 or ….. glass of Cabernet Syrah from southern France.
