Pasta Salad La Ari

  • Pasta
  • Peas (frozen)
  • Meat loaf
  • 4 kl. Gherkins
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Onion and leek
  • Chives and parsley
  • Miracel Wip
  • Lemon juice
  • Pepper and salt
  • Sugar
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Oregano, curry
  • Chili oil
  • Olive oil
  • Cucumber juice
  1. First cook the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. add the peas before the end.
  2. Fry the finely chopped meat sausage in butter, slightly crispy.
  3. Chop all other ingredients and place in a bowl. As soon as the pasta and peas are ready, preferably a bit crunchy, let them cool down a bit and then put everything together.
  4. Put some oil and cucumber water in a cup, add a few spices and stir so that they can be distributed well. I added the other spices and mayonnaise specially.
  5. Let the salad stand for a couple of hours, turning it around and seasoning to taste.
