Pasta Salad La Ari
The perfect pasta salad la ari recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Pasta
- Peas (frozen)
- Meat loaf
- 4 kl. Gherkins
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Onion and leek
- Chives and parsley
- Miracel Wip
- Lemon juice
- Pepper and salt
- Sugar
- Herbs of Provence
- Oregano, curry
- Chili oil
- Olive oil
- Cucumber juice
- First cook the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. add the peas before the end.
- Fry the finely chopped meat sausage in butter, slightly crispy.
- Chop all other ingredients and place in a bowl. As soon as the pasta and peas are ready, preferably a bit crunchy, let them cool down a bit and then put everything together.
- Put some oil and cucumber water in a cup, add a few spices and stir so that they can be distributed well. I added the other spices and mayonnaise specially.
- Let the salad stand for a couple of hours, turning it around and seasoning to taste.
