Tomato and Cheese Towers

The perfect tomato and cheese towers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Beefsteak tomato fresh
  • 1 small Garlic bulb (20g)
  • 2 thin slices Cooked ham
  • 150 g Herder cheese
  • 2 tsp Rosemary flavored oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rose paprika powder noble sweet
  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
  2. Cut the beef tomato and herder cheese into 6 slices each.
  3. Slice the garlic bulb into thin slices.
  4. 2 Place the tomato slices as a base in a baking dish.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  6. Put a slice of shepherd’s cheese and boiled ham on top of each.
  7. Put another slice of tomato on top and season again.
  8. Now place the garlic slices on both turrets.
  9. Put another slice of shepherd’s cheese and a slice of tomato on top.
  10. Season the tomatoes again and then put the last slices of shepherd’s cheese on top.
  11. Spread 1 teaspoon of rosemary oil on each tower.
  12. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  13. Serve with a little salad
