Tomato and Cheese Towers
The perfect tomato and cheese towers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Beefsteak tomato fresh
- 1 small Garlic bulb (20g)
- 2 thin slices Cooked ham
- 150 g Herder cheese
- 2 tsp Rosemary flavored oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rose paprika powder noble sweet
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
- Cut the beef tomato and herder cheese into 6 slices each.
- Slice the garlic bulb into thin slices.
- 2 Place the tomato slices as a base in a baking dish.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Put a slice of shepherd’s cheese and boiled ham on top of each.
- Put another slice of tomato on top and season again.
- Now place the garlic slices on both turrets.
- Put another slice of shepherd’s cheese and a slice of tomato on top.
- Season the tomatoes again and then put the last slices of shepherd’s cheese on top.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of rosemary oil on each tower.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a little salad
