- 6 Oranges fresh
- 50 Milliliters Orange liqueur
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Star anise
- 2 Cardamom pods
- 2 Cloves
- 250 g Preserving sugar 3: 1
- 3 Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, including the white skin. Cut out the fillets. Catch the juice in the process. Squeeze 2-3 oranges. Juice and fillets made me 600 g.
- Put in a colander. Collect the juice. Cut the fillets into small pieces and pour the orange liqueur over them. Let something go.
- Press the cardamom capsules open a little. Halve the cinnamon stick. Put the oranges, juice, and spices in a large saucepan. Sprinkle the preserving sugar on top and mix everything well.
- Bring to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Skim off the foam. Remove the cloves and cardamom pods. I spread the cinnamon stick and star anise on the glasses. Rinse clean twist off glasses with cold water and fill the hot jam. Close immediately. Turn upside down for about 5 minutes to cool down.
