Christmas Jam with Pumpkin

- 1500 Pumpkin meat
- Some water to boil
- 125 ml Orange juice
- 2 Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Cinammon
- 0,25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 0,25 teaspoon Ginger
- 0,25 teaspoon Clove powder
- Preserving sugar 3: 1
- Boil the pumpkin pulp with a little water, add the remaining ingredients and puree.
- Add gelatinous sugar, bring to the boil according to package instructions and pour into rinsed glasses. Immediately close with lids! Turn the filled glasses upside down to cool down.
