Whole Wheat Bread Cake
The perfect whole wheat bread cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For covering
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Stevia
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Glass Sour cherries
- 1 packet Pudding powder
- 200 g Lowfat quark
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Agartine
- Finely crumble the wholemeal bread and mix with the flour and baking powder.
- Mix and add 2,250 grams of quark, 2 eggs, sugar, stevia and milk.
- Spread the dough in a lightly greased springform pan. Drain the sour cherries, place on the dough and gently press in. (Catch the sour cherry juice)
- Bake the cake at about 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. Then let cool down well.
- In the meantime, cook the pudding according to the instructions and let it cool down to lukewarm. Reduce approx. 100 ml cherry juice with a little agartine and add. Stir in 200 grams of low-fat quark and vanilla sugar. Stir the whole thing well again and again while it cools down. Put lukewarm on the finished cake and decorate if necessary. Then the cake should cool well for one night.
