Asia Pasta

The perfect asia pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Beans frozen
  • 20 g Fresh ginger
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Chilli pepper fresh
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 0,25 bunch Fresh coriander
  1. Finely grate the ginger. Cut the garlic clove into small cubes. Cut the chilli pepper into thin rings. Wash the spring onions, clean them and cut into rings.
  2. Bring 2,500 ml of water, ginger, garlic, chilli, the green part of the spring onions and soy sauce to the boil. Add the spaghetti (bavette) with the beans to the hot stock and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. After about 7 minutes, add the prawns and remaining spring onions and cook for about 2 minutes. Arrange the Asian pasta on plates and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
