Homemade Tangerine Yoghurt Quark Cream
The perfect homemade tangerine yoghurt quark cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Yogurt
- 250 g Quark
- 3 Mandarins
- 3 Vanilla sprinkles
- 3 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 rib Chocolate 70% cocoa
- 1 rib Vanilla sugar
- 1 rib Cinnamon sugar
- Mix the yogurt with the quark and whisk until creamy with a whisk. Season the cream with powdered sugar.
- Then grate the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips, vanilla sprinkles and possibly the vanilla sugar and cinnamon sugar to the remaining mixture.
- Then add the peeled mandarins. If you don’t like it so crunchy in the cream, simply add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon sugar with powdered sugar and normal vanilla or cinnamon.
