  • 250 g Quark
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 pack Raspberries frozen
  • 3 tbsp Raspberry spirit
  • Some raspberry juice
  • 2 cup Cream

Instructions

  • Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and the thawed raspberries together. Whip 1 cup of cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Put aside.
  • Add sugar to some raspberries and marinate with the raspberry brandy and let them steep.
  • If necessary, cut the sponge base in half crosswise so that it is not too thick. and then cut out 12 slices with a round cutter (the diameter depends on the size of the glass).
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • First, put a dollop of raspberry quark in the glass, then put a slice of chocolate biscuit on top. Line the marinated raspberries along the edge of the glass. Pour the whipped cream into a piping cone and squirt a cream rosette into the center, another slice of sponge cake, soak the sponge cake slices with the marinade of the raspberries. Put the raspberry quark on top, soak another slice of sponge cake again. Decorate with the rest of the cream and top with a raspberry.
  • Do the same with the rest of the glasses. Good wishes come true!
