Breaded Pork Neck Steaks with Onion Rings, Cabbage and Potatoes

The perfect breaded pork neck steaks with onion rings, cabbage and potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Breaded pork neck steaks:

  • 2 Pork neck steaks, 200 g each
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 6 tbsp Oil

Fried onion rings:

  • 2 Onions approx. 150 g
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 big pinch Coarse sea salt from the mill

Steamed white cabbage: (For 4 people!)

Salt potatoes:

  • 8 Small potatoes approx. 300 g
  • 1 tsp Salt

To serve:

  • 1 Small tomato
