Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 tsp Fat to fry
  • 500 g Liver
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 0,125 L Milk hot
  • 1 dollop Good butter
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the potatoes and cook in salted water until soft. During this time, peel and cut the onions into thin slices and fry them in a little fat until crispy. Cut the liver into tasty pieces while cutting out the fat and the tubes. Now turn the liver pieces in flour and fry them in hot fat until crispy, add salt just before serving. Now drain the potatoes, finely mash them with milk and butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and place the liver on a plate, put the onion rings on top and you have a wonderful winter feast
