Camembert Arms Knight
The perfect camembert arms knight recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Discs Whole grain toast
- 100 g Cranberry jam
- 100 g Goat camembert
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Low-Fat milk
- Salt and pepper
- 0,25 bunch Parsley
- 40 g Clarified butter
- Place the toast slices next to each other on a board and brush with the cranberry jam. Cut the goat cheese into thin slices and cover 3 slices of toast with it. Place the remaining toast slices with the jam facing down on top.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl with a fork. Roughly chop the parsley and mix in.
- Turn the sandwiches one after the other in the egg milk. You should only just soak up the egg milk.
- Heat the butter lard in a large pan and fry the sandwiches in 3 portions until golden brown on both sides. Halve the Poor Knights diagonally and serve.
