Fried Potatoes with Mozzarella and Baked Camembert

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 1 ball Mozzarella
  • 4 Camembert
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Clarified butter
  • Lingonberry jelly

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  • Heat the butter lard and fry the potatoes and turn them several times, peel and dice the onion and cook it with the diced ham, season everything with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika powder, and place in a baking dish.
  • Chop the mozzarella and spread over the potatoes.
  • Mix the egg in a small bowl.
  • Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  • Turn the Camemberts first in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry briefly brown on each side in the hot clarified butter.
  • Then place the camemberts on top of the potatoes and put everything in the preheated oven.
  • Gratinate the casserole at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Serve the potato casserole with the camemberts and cranberry jelly.
