Baked Crushed Potatoes
The perfect baked crushed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Waxy potatoes
- 1 kg Olive oil
- 1 kg Salt
- Telly cherry pepper
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- Caraway seed
- Do not cook the potatoes completely! Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper! Heat the oven to 220 degrees!
- Squeeze the potatoes a little. With a tamper or a bowl bottom! Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese!
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-25 minutes! There was also beef stakes and endive salad !!
