Baked Crushed Potatoes

The perfect baked crushed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 1 kg Olive oil
  • 1 kg Salt
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Caraway seed
  1. Do not cook the potatoes completely! Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper! Heat the oven to 220 degrees!
  2. Squeeze the potatoes a little. With a tamper or a bowl bottom! Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese!
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-25 minutes! There was also beef stakes and endive salad !!
