Lamb’s Lettuce Accompanied By Veal Sausage
The perfect lamb’s lettuce accompanied by veal sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 2 Poles Spring onion
- 0,25 piece Snake cucumber
- Coarsely ground pepper and salt
- Raspberry vinegar
- Olive oil
- A dAsh of condensed milk
- A shot of kefir
The rest of the fried potatoes are only pimped a little
- Chopped rosemary
- Clarified butter to warm up
- Coarse salt
- Who still likes a piece of bratwurst?
- 5 piece Fine bratwurst v. calf
- I still had fried potatoes left over from lunch and thought I’ll make them for dinner – use them right away 🙂 I also had some leftover salad and something can be made from them. Last but not least, a few more sausages from the freezer and my plan was done. Today, for once, a warm dinner !!!
- I don’t think I need to describe individually how to heat fried potatoes and cook sausages. That’s why I’m only describing how to prepare the salad.
- Wash the lettuce well – because lamb’s lettuce is very sandy. Then they cut the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onion into rings. Now put all the ingredients for the dressing in a shaker. Mix well and pour over the salad. Mix everything together and arrange on plates.
