Lukewarm Cauliflower Broccoli Salad

The perfect lukewarm cauliflower broccoli salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dressing

  • 300 g Broccoli florets / florets from 500g broccoli)
  • 2 El Hot water
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Zircon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Msp Ground caraway
  • 1 Msp Pepper

Also:

  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 2 finely cut Spring onions
  • 2 finely cut Lettuce seed mixture
  1. Steam the bite-sized cauliflower and broccoli florets until they are firm to the bite.
  2. In the meantime, mix the dressing ingredients together well. Stir in the herbs and spring onions.
  3. Toast the kernels in a pan over medium heat until they are fragrant and browned.
  4. When the cauliflower and broccoli are ready, fold directly into the dressing, sprinkle with the seeds and serve immediately.

TIP:

  1. If you don’t have a steamer insert for a pot, you can cook the florets in lightly salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. The salad also tastes very good cold.
