Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Peperoncini
- 100 g Glass noodles
- 350 g Minced meat
- 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over glass noodles and leave to soak for about 15 minutes. Drain well and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long.
- Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions into pieces. Chop the garlic and hot peppers.
- Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with salt. Add garlic and peperoncini and fry briefly.
- Mix everything together, season with soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Serve lukewarm.
