Lukewarm Glass Noodle Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Peperoncini
  • 100 g Glass noodles
  • 350 g Minced meat
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Pour boiling water over glass noodles and leave to soak for about 15 minutes. Drain well and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long.
  • Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions into pieces. Chop the garlic and hot peppers.
  • Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with salt. Add garlic and peperoncini and fry briefly.
  • Mix everything together, season with soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Serve lukewarm.
