Hunter Pan
The perfect hunter pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 3 Grilled sausages
- Salt
- Pepper
- 75 ml Water hot
- 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 3 Gherkins
- Cranberries from the glass
- Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
- Peel the onion, dice it and add to the mushrooms, cut the sausages into slices, add salt and pepper
- Now pour in the hot water and bring to the boil, stir in the cream cheese.
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes and spread over the hunter pan with a little chopped parsley.
