Hunter Pan

The perfect hunter pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Grilled sausages
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 75 ml Water hot
  • 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 Gherkins
  • Cranberries from the glass
  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
  2. Peel the onion, dice it and add to the mushrooms, cut the sausages into slices, add salt and pepper
  3. Now pour in the hot water and bring to the boil, stir in the cream cheese.
  4. Cut the cucumber into small cubes and spread over the hunter pan with a little chopped parsley.
