Sausage and Cheese Salad with Radishes

The perfect sausage and cheese salad with radishes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Garlic sausage
  • 125 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 Spreewald cucumber
  • 6 Fresh radishes
  • 1 small Onion blue
  • 2 Handful Fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 Pinches Sugar brown
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  1. Cut the sausage and cheese into strips. Dice the cucumber and cut the onion into rings. Cut the radishes into slices. Chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Season with pepper, a little salt, two pinches of sugar, paprika powder, grapeseed oil and a little lemon juice.
