Spicy Sausage Salad with Radishes

The perfect spicy sausage salad with radishes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Red Onions
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 600 g Meat sausage
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts
  • 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 60 ml Oil
  • 1 Frisée salad
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • Salt, pepper, some sugar
  1. Dice onions, radishes, meat sausage and sheep’s cheese.
  1. For the vinaigrette, stir together the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil.
