Spicy Sausage Salad with Radishes

- 4 Red Onions
- 1 bunch Radish
- 600 g Meat sausage
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 60 ml Oil
- 1 Frisée salad
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt, pepper, some sugar
- Dice onions, radishes, meat sausage and sheep’s cheese.
- For the vinaigrette, stir together the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil.
- Pluck the salad into pieces. Cut the chives into rolls.
