Exotic Fruit Potpourri in Spicy Marinade

  • 1 Pc. Pineapple
  • 2 Pc. Bananas
  • 4 Pc. Kiwi
  • 2 Pc. Apple
  • 1 Pc. Honeydew melon
  • 1 Pc. Nectarine
  • 5 Pc. Apricots
  • 200 ml Toscana spice marinade from Escoffier
  1. Peel the pineapple, cut into pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Peel the bananas and kiwi, cut into pieces and add to the bowl. Eighth the apples unpeeled, remove the core and also put in the bowl. Core the nectarine and apricot.
