Ingredients
 

  • 3 Onions, finely chopped
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the specified ingredients together well. You can either leave the marinade in pieces or puree it finely.
  • Put the meat in it and leave it to stand in the refrigerator overnight. The marinated meat can be cooked on the grill or in the pan.
