Ingredients
- 3 Onions, finely chopped
- 200 ml Oil
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix the specified ingredients together well. You can either leave the marinade in pieces or puree it finely.
- Put the meat in it and leave it to stand in the refrigerator overnight. The marinated meat can be cooked on the grill or in the pan.
