Party Prawns with Mozzarella and Tomatoes

The perfect party prawns with mozzarella and tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Packs Party prawns à 110 g (here: from ALDI Nord!)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 Mozzarella 125 g
  • 6 Mini vine tomatoes approx. 300 g
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Cremoso
  • 2 Stalk Parsley for garnish
  • Baguette
  1. Slowly fry the prawns in a pan with butter on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Wash the vine tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into eighths. Halve the mozzarella and cut into small slices. Arrange everything on two plates in rings, add salt and pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with parsley and serve. Serve with baguette and water or strong red wine.
