Potatoes: fans with Herb Butter and Garlic
The perfect potatoes: fans with herb butter and garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Potatoes, mostly waxy, medium size
- 0,5 liter Meatsoup*
- 50 g Herb butter
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- Peel and cut the potatoes. (approx. 0.5 cm) Be careful not to cut through the potato. Stuff some herb butter in the crevices.
- In a suitable baking dish, first put the meat stock *, made from meat stock cubes, and then put the potatoes in it.
- Let cook in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes. Pour in a little more broth if necessary. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time – the potatoes will turn color – place the thinly sliced garlic cloves on the potatoes.
- Instead of herb butter and garlic, you can also use wild garlic butter.
