Wok Beans with Ham and Soy Flakes

- 80 g Soy flakes
- 80 g Green runner beans cut into pieces
- 100 g Diced zucchini
- 1 tsp Galangal, cut into pieces
- 4 piece Tomatoes cut in half
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 45 g Celery bulbs roughly diced
- 1 stalk Celery leaves
- 2 Discs Organic cooked ham
- 1 tbsp Organic soy sauce light
- 1 tsp Red curry powder
- 1 tsp 5-Gewürz, in m. KB.
- 0,1 l “Alter Wein” oder Sherry medium
- 0,1 l Cooking liquid or water
- 1 tsp Instant broth in m. KB.
Wok beans with soy flakes:
- Let the soy flakes soak in cold water and then drain the water. Cut the ham into small pieces. Chop the vegetables and let them simmer slowly at half speed in the wok with the other ingredients.
- The stir-fry goes well with roast duck.
