Orange Vanilla Cream

The perfect orange vanilla cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pck Custard powder
  • 500 ml Orange juice
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 Orange fresh
  • Possibly mint for garnish
  1. First remove approx. 100 ml of orange juice from the specified orange juice. Bring the rest of the orange juice to the boil with the sugar.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with the orange juice you have set aside, stir the mixture into the orange juice that is boiling in the meantime, bring to the boil while stirring, fill into any forms.
  3. Fillet the orange, garnish the cream with orange fillets and possibly a sprinkle of mint.
