Vegetable Fritatta with Herb and Sheep Feta

  • 0,5 piece Zucchini
  • 2 kl. Fresh onions
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Herbal sheep feta
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • Coriander acc.
  • Curmin
  • Turmeric

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and steam them. Mix in the spices.
  2. Cut the herb and sheep feta into cubes and finally mix with the vegetables.
  3. Beat the eggs with a little salt until frothy. Pour over the vegetables and mix gently. Possibly tax with a little rocket.
