Vegetable Fritatta with Herb and Sheep Feta
The perfect vegetable fritatta with herb and sheep feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spices
- 0,5 piece Zucchini
- 2 kl. Fresh onions
- 1 piece Spring onions fresh
- 1 Herbal sheep feta
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sambal Oelek
- Coriander acc.
- Curmin
- Turmeric

- 4 piece Eggs
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and steam them. Mix in the spices.
- Cut the herb and sheep feta into cubes and finally mix with the vegetables.
- Beat the eggs with a little salt until frothy. Pour over the vegetables and mix gently. Possibly tax with a little rocket.
- Put the pan in the preheated oven and let it set for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
