Crispy Cheese and Oven Potatoes

The perfect crispy cheese and oven potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 Branches Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Flour
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Grated cheese
  1. Wash the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and cook for about 10 minutes, put them in a bowl and let cool down a little.
  2. Add paprika powder, chilli powder, thyme, flour, salt and carefully mix in.
  3. Strip the needles from the twigs, peel the garlic, cut into small pieces and fold in with the cheese to the potatoes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes on it and bake in the 200c oven for 15 minutes.
  5. We ate pork neck chops and tomatoes with it.
